Ayran Yogurt Shake Recipe

  1. Place the yogurt, water, cream and salt in a blender and blend for about 1 minute, or possibly till frothy.
  2. Chill for later use, or possibly pour into tall, chilled glasses over crushed ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
  3. This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
