Ayran Yogurt Shake Recipe
- 1 pt Yogurt
- 1 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1/2 c. Heavy cream Salt to taste Crushed ice Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Place the yogurt, water, cream and salt in a blender and blend for about 1 minute, or possibly till frothy.
- Chill for later use, or possibly pour into tall, chilled glasses over crushed ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
- This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
