Easy Chicken and Dumplings

  1. Pick chicken clean and discard carcass.
  2. Add all ingredients except biscuits to a big pot.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Turn heat down to medium and simmer 25 minute.
  5. Quarter biscuit dough, roll into balls, and drop into stew.
  6. Cover and simmer 15 more minutes, or until biscuit dough is cooked through.
