Grilled Chicken Salad & Avocado Dressing
- 1-1/2 qt. ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and diced Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 1 qt. KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

- 48 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz.), grilled
- 6 gal. mixed salad greens, torn
- Place avocados, dressing, mustard and lime juice in food processor container; cover.
- Process until well blended.
- Transfer to bowl; season with salt to taste.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cut chicken into 1/4-inch-thick strips.
- For each serving: Place 2 cups of the salad greens on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
- chicken and 1/4 cup of the avocado dressing.
