Grilled Chicken Salad & Avocado Dressing

  1. Place avocados, dressing, mustard and lime juice in food processor container; cover.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Transfer to bowl; season with salt to taste.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Cut chicken into 1/4-inch-thick strips.
  7. For each serving: Place 2 cups of the salad greens on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
  8. chicken and 1/4 cup of the avocado dressing.
