Chocolate Mocha Butterballs Recipe

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy.
  2. Add in flour, cocoa, coffee and salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Form into balls 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  7. Cold, then roll in confectioners' sugar.
