Chile Hominy Casserole Recipe

• 2 cans hominy, liquid removed
• 3 tbsp. onion, grated
• 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or possibly Jack)
• 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies

1. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole dish a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
