Melon seed soup with Bitter leaves
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cup Grinded Melon seeds
- 3 tbsp Grinded Crayfish
- 3 tbsp Grinded Chilli pepper
- 1 can Dried stock fish
- 2 cup Warm water
- 2 piece Know or Maggi small cubes
- 3 tbsp Palm Oil
- 2 pinch Salt
- 10 piece chicken legs
- 1/4 cup Dried bitter Leaves
- Pour 2 cups of water in pot to boil
- Add uncooked chicken and chopped Onion, Allow boil for 7mins
- ADD 1-2 pinches of salt, allow boil 3 Tablespoons of pepper
- Now add 2 piece Know or Maggi small cubes and 3 tablespoons palm oil
- Now add 1 1/2 grinded melon seeds Allow boil for 10mins and stir, then add 1/4 cup of dried bitter leaves or sprinkle a handful.
- Once cooked serve
