Spaghetti Bake
- 7 to 10 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 1 egg
- oregano
- salt
- garlic (optional)
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (Mozzarella is best)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
- onion flakes
- pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
- sliced pepperoni
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- Place spaghetti in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat together milk and egg.
- Pour over the spaghetti.
- Drain browned hamburger and add oregano, onion flakes, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
- Place seasoned hamburger over spaghetti.
- Place mushrooms on top of the meat and then spread spaghetti sauce over the mushrooms.
- Put a thin layer of cheese on sauce, then layer pepperoni and another layer of cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes covered with foil.
- Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
- Best to let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Can be made and refrigerated 24 hours before baking.
