Fast & Flavorful Chicken & Rice Skillet Dinner
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup A.1. Teriyaki Steak Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Add broth, steak sauce and rice; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
