Mexican Taco Salad Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 2 teaspoon dry chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 c. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 8 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 bag regular doritos, coarsely crushed
- Brown beef in a pan.
- Drain and remove the fat.
- Add in bouillon, chopped onion, chili pwdr, garlic, oregano, water, salt and pepper.
- Cook meat mix till liquid evaporated.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Assemble (combine) in this order: chips; beans; meat; tomato; lettuce; grated cheese.
