Couscous with Sundried Tomatoes
- 3/4 cup sundried tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 cup onion flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 cups vegetable stock
- 2 1/2 cups couscous
- Combine tomatoes, onion flakes, garlic powder, and vegetable broth.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in couscous; reduce temperature to low, cover, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed.
