Caramel Banana Cake Recipe
- 1 1/3 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Single serving packet of Instant oatmeal
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Mashed banana
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. Soured lowfat milk **
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla CARAMEL CREAM GLAZE
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr, oatmeal, soda & salt in ungreased 9" baking dish.
- Mix with fork.
- Add in remaining ingredients except glaze & stir.
- Bake 30-35 min till pick comes out clean.
- Cold on rack 10 min.
- Pour glaze over cake.
- ** To sour lowfat milk: Put 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a glass 1 c. measure.
- Fill to 1/3 full.
