Stuffed Chicken With Parmesan Sauce

  1. Cut a pocket in the thickest part of the breast.
  2. Put grill sauce on chicken and then blacken seasoning.
  3. Place chicken in oven until done.
  4. When done, pull out chicken and set to the side and let it cool down about 10 or 15 minutes.
  5. Open chicken with a spoon (may tear a little, just be careful).
  6. Stuff cheese into pocket.
  7. Put some more grill sauce and blackening seasoning on chicken.
  8. Put back in oven just long enough to melt cheese.
  9. Sauce:.
  10. Melt 1/2 stick of butter.
  11. Add garlic and onions and let cook until onions are tender.
  12. Add whipping cream; bring to boil and then turn down heat.
  13. Add parmesan herb seasoning and let simmer until sauce starts to thicken.
  14. Spoon over chicken and enjoy.
