Stuffed Chicken With Parmesan Sauce
- 14 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 4 -6 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 14 cup whipping cream
- parmesan herb seasoning mix
- 5 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 16 ounces plastic bottles, of grilling sauce
- blackening seasoning
- Cut a pocket in the thickest part of the breast.
- Put grill sauce on chicken and then blacken seasoning.
- Place chicken in oven until done.
- When done, pull out chicken and set to the side and let it cool down about 10 or 15 minutes.
- Open chicken with a spoon (may tear a little, just be careful).
- Stuff cheese into pocket.
- Put some more grill sauce and blackening seasoning on chicken.
- Put back in oven just long enough to melt cheese.
- Sauce:.
- Melt 1/2 stick of butter.
- Add garlic and onions and let cook until onions are tender.
- Add whipping cream; bring to boil and then turn down heat.
- Add parmesan herb seasoning and let simmer until sauce starts to thicken.
- Spoon over chicken and enjoy.
