Chilled Sesame Ramen
- 1 (3 ounce) packet ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Cook the Ramen for three minutes.
- Drain.
- Dry toast Sesame Seeds until light brown.
- Mix all sauce ingredients til smooth.
- Top the noodles with the sauce, garnish with chopped chives or scallions.
- Traditionally served chilled but it's great hot or even at room temperature.
