A Simple Snack Made with Leftover Kamaboko

  1. This is kamaboko that has been sliced into about 1-1.5 cm thin.
  2. You might be able to slice it thinner with a peeler and use the pieces in a salad...
  3. Remove from the board and cut into squares.
