Spinach Dip

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and cook until completely wilted, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a colander; drain, pressing to release all excess liquid.
  5. In the same pot, warm milk over high heat.
  6. Whisk in cream cheese until melted, about 3 minutes.
  7. Add spinach, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and mozzarella; stir to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Simmer over medium low heat until ready to serve.
  10. Transfer to a serving dish and add pita wedges for dipping.
