Caramel Cream Cheese Cookies
- 40 grams Butter
- 15 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Cream cheese
- 20 grams Caramel (store-bought)
- 1 tsp Milk
- 100 grams Flour
- Return the butter to room temperature, add the sugar and mix with a whisk.
- Add room temperature cream cheese and mix in as if kneading.
- Add the milk and mix, then sprinkle in the flour.
- Mix and bring it all together with a spatula.
- Warm and soften the caramel in a 700w W microwave for 10 seconds (or adjust to your appliance at home until softened).
- Quickly add the caramel to the mixture from Step 3 and mix well.
- Wrap and adjust the shape.
- Let it sit in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Cut the cookies into 5mm-thick pieces and spread them out on a baking tray.
- Bake in an oven pre-heated to 170C for 20 minutes.
