Herbed Broccoli and Pasta Soup

  1. Heat stock, garlic and thyme to boiling in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in broccoli and fusilli.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered until broccoli is tender and pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes.
  4. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve.
