Baked Ravioli with Parmesan
- 1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook ravioli as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 5 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last min.
- Stir in tomatoes, basil and pepper.
- Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Drain ravioli; stir into tomato mixture.
- Spoon into 3-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until heated through.
