Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
- 34 cup milk (preferably not whole milk)
- 14-13 cup sugar
- 4 cups nonfat yogurt
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a medium bowl blend milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely (or 2 min.)
- Add yogurt and keep blending.
- Puree the strawberry's until liquefied
- Strain strawberry's to remove seeds.
- Add pureed strawberry's to mixture and blend until all the ingredients are mixed together.
- Put mixture into ice cream mixer and freeze it according to the manufacturers instructions (about 20-40 min.
