Better Burgers Recipe
- 1 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 x Egg equivalent (2 egg whites or possibly 1 Eggbeater-type)
- 1/3 pkt Instant onion soup mix (or possibly less to taste, the cottage cheese is salty to start with)
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- Combine the first three ingredients; add in oats and mix well.
- Shape into three patties.
- Grill till golden brown, 3 min each side, or possibly cook in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Serves three, 180 calorieseach.
