Better Burgers Recipe

  1. Combine the first three ingredients; add in oats and mix well.
  2. Shape into three patties.
  3. Grill till golden brown, 3 min each side, or possibly cook in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Serves three, 180 calorieseach.
