Orange Ricotta Pots
- 300 g fresh ricotta cheese
- 12 cup caster sugar
- 34 cup prepared custard, thick variety
- 12 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 oranges, segmented
- Using electric beaters, mix ricotta and sugar.
- Add custard, juice and vanilla.
- Beat till smooth and combined.
- Spoon into 4 serving glasses.
- Top with orange segments, refrigerate 60 minutes.
