Veggie Dumpling Hong Kong Noodle Bowl

  1. Boil & cook dumplings & noodles & set aside.
  2. Bring veggie stock to a boil & add the chopped bok choy & cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add 6 dumplings & half the noodles to each bowl.
  4. Laddle in the broth with bok choy.
  5. Garnish with scallions & serve.
