El Quijote

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Goldschlager
• 1/2 teaspoon peach jam
• 1/8 teaspoon minced canned chipotle chile in adobo
• 1 lime wheel

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients except the lime wheel and shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the lime wheel.
