Mango Chutney Recipe

  1. Peel and cut fruit.
  2. Add in 1 qt vinegar.
  3. Boil for a short time.
  4. Combine sugar and 2nd qt of vinegar and boil till it is a thin syrup.
  5. Pour most of liquid from fruit and add in to syrup.
  6. Boil till thick.
  7. Combine this with rest of ingredients except ginger and cook 30 min.
  8. Add in ginger into syrup and cook a few min longer.
  9. Bottle.
  10. Flavor is even better if placed in sun for a few days.
