Hot Chipotle, Broccoli & Cheese Dip

• 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chipotle Cream Cheese Spread
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.
3. Add 1-1/2 cups cheddar; mix well.
4. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
5. Bake 20 min.
6. or until heated through.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake 5 min.
8. or until melted.
