Beer-Boiled Shrimp
- 2 bottle lager-style beer
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 sprig fresh dill
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 lb. tail-on shrimp
- 8 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- In a large saucepot, bring beer, water, Old Bay, dill, and garlic to boiling on medium-high; boil 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp, cover saucepot, and remove from heat.
- Let steam 6 to 8 minutes or until pink, stirring halfway through.
- Whisk together butter and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
- Serve shrimp with sauce for dipping.
