Passover Matzos For Dogs

  1. Soak matzo in 1 cup cold water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Press dry.
  3. Place soaked matzo, oil, parsley flakes, egg, and matzo meal in a small bowl.
  4. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Wet hands and roll matzo into bite-sized balls.
  7. Meanwhile bring 4 quarts water to a full rolling boil in a large saucepan over high heat.
  8. Drop balls into water and cook for about 20 minutes.
  9. Serve 1 or more matzo balls over dry dog food.
  10. *A small amount of low sodium chicken broth can be added as well for more flavor.
