Spicy Relish for Oysters
- 1/2 cup minced celery (white section plus tender leaves)
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced hot green pepper like jalapeno
- 1/4 cup minced fresh coriander
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients into a mixer and blend well.
- Serve a small dab over each individual oyster on the half shell.
