Strawberry Whipped Cream Topping

• 1 cup cold heavy whipping Cream
• 1/3 cup good quality strawberry jam or jelly
• 3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Beat cream to soft peaks
2. Beat in strawberry jam, sugar and vanilla until it holds its shape, add a drop or 2 of red food color if you want a pinker color
3. This whipped cream is great for cakes, bars, brownies, to sandwich between cookies, to top puddinggs, or as a drink topping
