Deep Fried Frog Legs Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 teaspoon warm sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- DRENCH: Beat Large eggs.
- Sift flour into Large eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add in other ingredients in order given.
- Mix after each addition.
- Set aside.
- DREDGE: Mix all ingredients in order given, mix after each addition.
- Set aside.
- Dip frog legs into drench; then into dredge.
- Deep fry till done.
