Deep Fried Frog Legs Recipe

  1. DRENCH: Beat Large eggs.
  2. Sift flour into Large eggs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in other ingredients in order given.
  5. Mix after each addition.
  6. Set aside.
  7. DREDGE: Mix all ingredients in order given, mix after each addition.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Dip frog legs into drench; then into dredge.
  10. Deep fry till done.
