Sunny's Chai Tea

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bags, peppercorns and cloves and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain into 2 large mugs.
  4. Top with the milk and pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Garnish with the cinnamon sticks.
