Mojito I

  1. Pour rum into a 10-ounce highball glass, squeeze in the lime juice, drop in the peel.
  2. Add sugar and enough crushed ice to fill the glass two-thirds full.
  3. Fill up with club soda, stir gently and garnish with mint leaves.
