Mojito I
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Crushed ice
- Chilled club soda
- Mint leaves
- Pour rum into a 10-ounce highball glass, squeeze in the lime juice, drop in the peel.
- Add sugar and enough crushed ice to fill the glass two-thirds full.
- Fill up with club soda, stir gently and garnish with mint leaves.
