Beef Pinwheels With Sauce Recipe

  1. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over raw hamburger.
  2. Combine with salt, oatmeal, onion, pepper, parsley, and egg.
  3. Mix Bisquick and lowfat milk.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle and 1 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spread meat mix proportionately over dough and roll as a jelly roll.
  6. Cut in 3/4 inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
  8. Heat sauce that can be souped over pinwheels.
  9. Sauce: 1 c. mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water, and 1 beef bouillon cube.
