Beef Pinwheels With Sauce Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2/3 c. oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. diced onion
- Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over raw hamburger.
- Combine with salt, oatmeal, onion, pepper, parsley, and egg.
- Mix Bisquick and lowfat milk.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and 1 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread meat mix proportionately over dough and roll as a jelly roll.
- Cut in 3/4 inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
- Heat sauce that can be souped over pinwheels.
- Sauce: 1 c. mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water, and 1 beef bouillon cube.
