Bistro Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
- 1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min.
- Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomatoes and Alfredo sauce; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain pasta.
- Toss with chicken mixture and bacon bits.
- Top with cheese.
