Simple Pasta Tossed With Umeboshi and Shio-kombu

  1. Remove the seed from the umeboshi and mince.
  2. Combine with shio-kombu in a bowl.
  3. Add cooked pasta into the bowl from Step 1.
  4. Add soy sauce and olive oil and toss thoroughly.
  5. It's done in a flash.
