Simple Pasta Tossed With Umeboshi and Shio-kombu
- 1 serving Pasta
- 1 large Umeboshi
- 1 Shio-kombu
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 dash Olive oil
- Remove the seed from the umeboshi and mince.
- Combine with shio-kombu in a bowl.
- Add cooked pasta into the bowl from Step 1.
- Add soy sauce and olive oil and toss thoroughly.
- It's done in a flash.
