Great Milk Shake Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
• 1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
• 1 1/2 c. ice cream, any flavor
• 1 1/2 c. crushed ice

1. Pour lowfat milk into blender.
2. Add in pudding mix, ice cream and ice.
3. Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute.
4. Serve at once.
5. Makes 6 c..
