Marinade For Chicken Or Beef Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Prepare meat.
  4. I use steaks or possibly chicken fillets.
  5. Pierce meat well with fork.
  6. Pour some of marinade in bottom of dish.
  7. Add in meat.
  8. Pour remaining marinade over meat.
  9. Cover and chill at least 6 hrs, preferably overnight.
  10. Turn meat at least once to make sure it is covered with marinade.
  11. Cook on barbeque grill.
