Marinade For Chicken Or Beef Recipe
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse grnd pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 sm. onion, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Prepare meat.
- I use steaks or possibly chicken fillets.
- Pierce meat well with fork.
- Pour some of marinade in bottom of dish.
- Add in meat.
- Pour remaining marinade over meat.
- Cover and chill at least 6 hrs, preferably overnight.
- Turn meat at least once to make sure it is covered with marinade.
- Cook on barbeque grill.
