Chamomile Raisin Bread
- 34 cup camomile tea, brewed strong
- 23 cup golden raisin
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup sugar
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- Soak the raisins in the tea for at least 1 hour.
- Drain the raisins and add the tea to the bread.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the raisins.
- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the raisins during the knead or fruit/nut cycle.
