Tomato-Wheat Bread Salad
- 4 cups wheat bread cubes
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 small cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 1/4 cup tightly packed thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Bake bread cubes on rimmed baking sheet 10 min.
- or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Combine vegetables, basil and dressing in large bowl.
- Add bread cubes just before serving; mix lightly.
