Diabetic Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 c. water for 5 min.
  2. Heat chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener.
  3. Add in lowfat milk and water slowly.
  4. Add in gelatin, stir till dissolved.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. Add in vanilla and cold.
  7. When mix begins to thicken, add in nuts.
  8. Pour into a cool pan.
  9. When hard, cut into pcs.
