Diabetic Chocolate Fudge Recipe
- 1 env. gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon liquid food sweetener
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. minced nuts (opt.)
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 c. water for 5 min.
- Heat chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener.
- Add in lowfat milk and water slowly.
- Add in gelatin, stir till dissolved.
- Remove from fire.
- Add in vanilla and cold.
- When mix begins to thicken, add in nuts.
- Pour into a cool pan.
- When hard, cut into pcs.
