Crab (Dip) Sliders
- 1 (8 ounce) container crab dip
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 8 -12 Ritz crackers (half a sleeve (or more)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion (minced)
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- panko breadcrumbs (to coat)
- canola oil (to fry)
- In a small bowl, crush Ritz crackers.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except Panko crumbs and Canola oil).
- Mix well.
- Make into slider-sized hamburger patties.
- Coat with Panko crumbs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place sliders in oil and fry 2-3 minutes on each side (until brown and crispy).
- Top with garlic aioli - Mix Miracle Whip, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Taste for balance, then top Crab (Dip) Sliders.
- Sliced dill pickles make for a nice crunch.
- Or top with lettuce and tomato if you're boring like that.
- Eat on dinner rolls, buns, or your favorite bread.
