Upgraded Tuna Noodle Casserole
- 16 oz medium macaroni shells
- 12 oz light chunk tuna
- 6 medium white mushrooms
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 clove minced fresh garlic
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 12 oz frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- Boil macaroni shells and drain.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except Parmesan, mozzarella, butter, and bread crumbs in a large baking dish.
- Cover mixture with bread crumbs and event space thinly sliced butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 min.
- Uncover and add shredded Parmesan and mozzarella.
- Bake for an additional 15 min.
