Easy Shredded Chicken Tacos with Strawberry Salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Jalapeno Cheese
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Cook chicken and broth in small skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until most the broth is cooked off, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Top with cheese; cover.
- Let stand 3 to 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and strawberry salsa.
