AMIEs CHOCOLATE Mini Cake with PEARs
- 4 pear
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams butter
- 2 large eggs
- 80 grams sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 40 grams baking flour
- Preheat the oven to 200AsC.
- Lightly grease 4 ramekins with butter.
- Softens the chocolate and butter a "bagnomaria".
- Beat the sugar with 2 tablespoon of water then mix with eggs, until thick and pale.
- Add the chocolate cream and stir until well combined.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa, and stir to combine.
- Put the mixture onto the prepared small baking pan.
- Put each pear in the center of the pans.
- Place on trays and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the pan.
