AMIEs CHOCOLATE Mini Cake with PEARs

  1. Preheat the oven to 200AsC.
  2. Lightly grease 4 ramekins with butter.
  3. Softens the chocolate and butter a "bagnomaria".
  4. Beat the sugar with 2 tablespoon of water then mix with eggs, until thick and pale.
  5. Add the chocolate cream and stir until well combined.
  6. Sift in the flour and cocoa, and stir to combine.
  7. Put the mixture onto the prepared small baking pan.
  8. Put each pear in the center of the pans.
  9. Place on trays and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
  11. Carefully remove from the pan.
  12. Serve, share and...enjoy!
