Hg's Cannoli Stuffed French Toast Nuggets
- 1 whole wheat hot dog bun
- 3 tablespoons fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, divided
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 14 cup fat free egg substitute
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
- Mix ricotta, chocolate chips, sweetener and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- Fill Bun.
- Cut into 4 pieces.
- Mix egg beaters, 1/2 tsp vanilla and cinnamon.
- Melt margerine in fry pan.
- Dredge nuggets in egg mixture and place in hot fry pan.
- Cook until brown on all sides.
