Spinach Salad Middle Eastern Style
- 24 qt. baby spinach leaves
- 3 qt. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 qt. chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 3 cups Honey dates, small dice
- 3 cups goat cheese, crumbled
- 3 cups hazelnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
- 2-1/4 qt. Kraft Honey Mustard Dressing
- For each serving: Place 2 cups (500 mL) spinach on serving plate.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) each mushrooms and chickpeas, and 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) each dates, cheese and nuts.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) dressing.
