Simple Baked Tofu

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly oil a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oil, and garlic.
  4. Cut the pressed tofu into 3/4 inch cubes.
  5. Toss the cubes in the soy sauce marinade.
  6. Spread the tofu in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes, stirring once or twice, until brown and chewy.
