Avocado & Cheddar Grilled Cheese

  1. Spread Dijon mustard on one side of bread.
  2. Add cheese, arugula, red onion, and avocado on one slice of bread, and place the other slice of bread on top.
  3. Either in a panini press or in a frying pan, cook both sides of the grilled cheese until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
