Avocado & Cheddar Grilled Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 slices Sprouted Wheat Bread
- 4 slices Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
- 4 leaves Arugula
- 5 slices Red Onion
- 4 slices Avocado
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of bread.
- Add cheese, arugula, red onion, and avocado on one slice of bread, and place the other slice of bread on top.
- Either in a panini press or in a frying pan, cook both sides of the grilled cheese until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, about 4 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
