Lemon-Lime Cilantro Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Green Olives, Chopped
- 6 dashes Hot Sauce (we Use Frank's)
- 1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro, Coarsely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy and delicious.
- You can add more salt, oil and hot sauce to taste.
