Chicken Legs in Whole Grain Mustard

  1. Salt the chicken legs and put them in a covered pan for 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. Coat every leg with the mustard and dredge with breadcrumbs.
  3. Put them onto an oiled roasting tin and place into preheated oven to roast at 390 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  4. Chicken legs in whole grain mustard are ready.
